Vita Dr. rer. nat. Martin Voß
He studied Biochemistry at the University of Potsdam (2001-2006), where he conducted subsequently his PhD studies in the lab of Prof. Bernd Walt at the Institute of Biochemistry & Biology (2006-2008). After completing his PhD (2008), he worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the lab of Prof. Tricia Cohen (2008-2014) at the MRC Protein Phosphorylation & Ubiquitylation Unit at the College of Life Sciences of the University of Dundee, Scotland. He joined the Beling group on proteostasis and immunobiology in October 2014 at the Institute of Biochemistry at the Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, where he investigates the molecular aspects of the antiviral activity of the ISG15 system.
